The house-made caramel really stands out—it’s rich and buttery without being overly sweet, and the dry-roasted macadamias give it a nice crunch. I polished off the first piece way faster than I should have and had to pace myself on the second.
The caramel-to-nut ratio is spot on—each piece is mostly macadamia with just enough buttery coating to hold it together. I’ve already polished off half the bag in two sittings because the crunch doesn’t get lost in that rich, homemade caramel taste.
