The sea salt is just enough to bring out that natural buttery richness without overpowering it, and the crunch is perfect for a mid-afternoon snack. I opened the large bag for a road trip and it lasted us the whole drive, which is saying something.

I’ve been munching these all afternoon and the roasting really brings out that buttery richness, with just enough sea salt to keep it interesting. The bags are a solid size for sharing too, though I’m not sure I’ll be doing much of that.

I was a little skeptical that sea salt could make macadamias better, but the buttery richness really comes through with just that light Hawaiian touch. The bag is generous too, so I've been grabbing a handful whenever I need a crunchy pick-me-up.
